The Elk County Redevelopment Authority is a five member board that is appointed by the Board of Commissioners.  The mission of the Elk County Redevelopment Authority is a support agency assisting to eliminate blighted conditions and restore a wide variety of properties to a viable use.  The Elk County Redevelopment Authority administers a low interest revolving loan program to small and emerging commercial business in Elk County.
