All Open Records Requests must be submitted using either Elk County’s Record Request Form (found in the "Forms & Pubs" section to the left), or the form available at the website of the Office of Open Records
Please take a few minutes to read through the Elk County Open Records Policy found in the "Forms & Pubs" section to the left of this page. Failure to comply with policy guidelines may cause delays in the fulfillment of your request.
The intent of this site is to both educate, and point you in the right direction as far as requesting a particular record is concerned.
Information concerning the most requested records can be found within the menus on the left of the page. Also there, you will find contact and other information from the county departments most affected by the Right-to-Know Law, as well as where to go to find out more in-depth information on the state level.
