The Elk County Board of Elections consists of the three County Commissioners, with the exception of when the County Commissioners are on the ballot. At that time the Court appoints a board.

It is the duty of the Election Board to oversee the process of the Elections and Voter Registration Office. The Office registers voters, maintains the voter registration files, prepares ballots, distributes petitions, equips polling places, and performs all other duties involved in the electoral process.

The board members for 2024 are:
