Civil Process $80 Non-Refundable ($20 Each additional defendant/address)

Garnishments (Interrogatories) $300.00
*No levy (Please submit 4 writs, 4 interrogatories/1 defendant + 1 Bank; Additional writs & interrogatories required if serving multiple)

Writ/Order of Possession $300.00

Personal Property Executions:
Court-issued (Writ) $500.00
District Judge (Order) $350.00

Real Estate Executions $3,000.00

Please be advised that our Deed Prep fee for Sheriff Sales is $200.00 effective October 11, 2022.
Please be advised that the DTSA charge has increased to $20/service effective January 1, 2023.
