MANDATED FEE INCREASE    EFFECTIVE  NOVEMBER 30, 2017  (Beginning at 4:00 pm)

Acts 40 and 44 of 2017, recently signed by the Governor, make several changes to the $35.50 Judicial Computer Project/Access to Justice/Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (JCP/ATJ/CJEA) fee by amending 42 Pa.C.S. 3733.1 and enacting 42 Pa.CS. 3502(a).

Effective November 30, 2017, beginning at 4:00 PM, an increase of $4.75 will be added to the required recordings and filings. Bringing the new fee to $40.25 from $35.50

The new Fee Schedules for the Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans’ Court are now posted on the website.
